Returns & refunds

Every Metal Memories print is made to order using your own photo. Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised goods are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints

If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault or doesn't match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Cancellations

We start making your print soon after you order. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible – we can only cancel orders that haven't gone into production yet.

Your rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
